T&C of the sale:

- If your order is for wind deflectors please check the product description on the white label on the package of deflectors to make sure that you bought the right deflectors for your car.

- Please do not take the deflectors out of the polythene packaging before you try them by the window. first check if length and curvature fits.

- Wind deflectors need to be unopened ( in their original polythene packaging and sealed) in order to return them for a refund or a swap.

1. Payment

Only accept payments through PayPal.

Make sure your shipping address is correct before purchase.

If you buy more than one item out of my shop, please DO NOT pay for anything until I have sent you an adjusted invoice with appropriate postage applied. Otherwise, you may pay more postage costs than necessary.

2. Dispatch & Delivery

Local pickup service is not available.

Items are usually dispatched within 48 working hours ( Monday – Friday ) of cleared payment.

Once dispatched orders usually arrive UK destinations within 1-5 working days.

If your parcel is being despatched out of the UK It can take anywhere between 3-15 working days to arrive.

A slight delay in rare cases could be also possible, so please give it around 10 working days before complaining to us that the item hasn't been received as yet.

Royal Mail requires 15 working days = 3 weeks for items to arrive at UK destinations ( 20 working days = 4 weeks for items to arrive at European destinations, 25 working days = 5 weeks for items to arrive at worldwide destinations) before any claim can be made for lost items. We kindly ask that you allow at least this time frame before contacting us regards items which have not arrived. Until this time frame has passed we will not be able issue replacements for orders which have not arrived.

Please also check with your local postal facility to ensure they are not holding your package. Many customers locate overdue packages at their local post office.

3. Postage & Packaging

Our P&P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling fees; not just the cost of the postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of this.

If the courier asks you to sign for the goods then please check their condition. If the packaging has been badly damaged or opened then please make a note of this with the courier before signing. Do not reject the goods - you must sign for them and then notify us of any problems.

Top quality well made and very easy to fit To make the job easier use extra 3m body tape and an old credit card or similar to help fitting the clips. After fitting raise and lower the windows a couple of times to seat the deflectors then close one window at a time hold the switch for ten seconds to reset system then you are good to go. Reduces wind noise and makes a great difference to the cars looks. Would highly recommend fitting these HEKO wind deflectors. Not the quality I remember…
I’ve had Team HEKO wind deflectors for previous cars I’ve owned and never had an issue even with the retaining clips. I ordered these for my current 2016 Fiesta and at first was impressed. They came well packaged and well protected. Upon opening the item I noticed the passenger side one scratched and the plastic felt a little flimsier than what I remembered. Installation wasn’t much easier as the metal clips provided seemed to be wider and wouldn’t fit into the window channel. With a bit of force I managed to get them in and pulled back the tape and fitted them in place. I’d recommend using some 3M tape too just for peace of mind. At first the windows wouldn’t go up but did eventually after giving them a bit of nudge with my hand. I let them sit in place for a few hour and took the car ... Good Deflectors but..........
These deflectors are of a good quality. They were well packed and sent quickly. My only criticism, is that the steel clips provided with them had very sharp, burred corners that scratched the window glass when fitted. I had to remove them (not easy) and file them smooth before re-fitting. I'd highly recommend filling these clips nice and smooth before starting work. Otherwise great items.

Good But !!!
Came after 3 days nicely packaged and undamaged. On opening the acrylic moulding was not absolutely perfect but would be hardly noticeable. Fitting with the provided double sided tape appeared to be perfect but Windows bounced off the closed position unless manually closed to almost shut. Proceeded to try and fit the plastic clips which I found impossible as they are too wide to fit in the channel and would not allow the window to close fully. While attempting to remove partially inserted clip I managed to break one of the critical mounting points on one of the reflectors. This is now only partially attached and annoys the he'll out of me. In hind sight I would have been better using additional double sided tape and not fitting the clips. So much for following the instructions.Came after 3 days nicely packaged and undamaged. Look great but trouble with clips
The look sweet and go into place easily but I had trouble with the clips. Turned out I didn’t need them and they stay in place anyway. Need seating in proper with the window which takes a couple attempts but over all wasn’t hard. Good product
