    The company were quick to send my order out but were let down by the courier who seemed to hold onto it for much longer than they should.     The item is fine although seller very slow to post (marked as dispatched and label generated but not taken to the actual post office) - it ended up taking appx 18 days to receive from point of order and I did all the chasing! - the seller could do a lot more to communicate with factual information not just generic messages.
