Works perfectly when used as intended!
Firstly, this tool is NOT intended to hold the camshaft in position while you loosen or tighten the bolt holding the camshaft sprocket to the cam (the torque setting for which is 50 Nm + 90 degrees). If you believe that it could possibly absorb that much torque without breaking (as another buyer clearly did) then you really should not be working on anything mechanical. Its purpose is to hold the cams in the correct position relative to the crankshaft so the valve timing is correct when you change the timing chain, a function it performs perfectly well. crankshaft tool does not fit
The Cam shaft tool worked a treat. The crankshaft tool was to big & needed adjusting which was a real pain, the was on a 07 fox 1.2 engine.

Looked fine but crank lock pin was .6mm to big and had to be turned down too fit.then can locking tool failed ( sheared) when replacing timing chain.big waste.not recommended!
