Very good product.
A well constructed product, easy to operate and very reasonably priced, With 20 metres of wire, I feel that is too much for the reel capacity. I reduced wire length by 5Metres to reduce chance of burying the wire on load.

I bought this product to help me pull panels of 150kg weight (330lb). On first use, I wound in the panel a short distance, when the load stopped moving. Close examination showed that the cable was not anchored at all on the spool, so the cable was stationary on the spool as I rotated it. This was a big problem for the operation I was doing. I did a partial fix by unwinding all of the cable and putting a knot in it (very difficult). I also cut my fingers on the rough, jagged edges of the spool rim - sharp metal unfinished from cutting On the second occasion, doing the same operation the ratched mechanism broke, meaning I had to grab a scrap of wood to jam the handle from unwinding, so I could rescue the situation. All very stressful and all very disappointing. Given the ... I bought this product to help me pull panels of 150kg weight (330lb). Probably the worst quality of workmanship in mechanical engineering I have come across in my life, every single bearing was VERY loose, with movement in ALL directions, even the drum axle moved backwards & forwards as well as sideways, considering it relies on good teeth engagement of the gears to hold the load, nothing was lined up accurately - it beggars belief it actually left the factory! I should have known by the prices these sell at - including cable! Probably the worst quality of workmanship in mechanical engineering I have come across in my life, every single bearing was VERY loose, with movement in ALL directions, even the drum axle moved backwards & forwards as well as sideways, considering it relies on good teeth engagement of the gears to hold the load, nothing was lined up accurately - it beggars belief it actually left the factory! Sturdy & well made.
Well made and 20 m of cable which is what I needed. Due to the 1200 lb rating the cable is rather stiff and unravels if not restrained or kept under tension. I have treated the unit to some heavy oil on all moving parts. Is works extremely well and I fully recommend this unit
