Took this bow out for the very first time and with the first arrow ever shot I hit a Bull's Eye at the target 100 ft. away. This bow meets all of my expectations and would recommend this bow to anyone who wants to do some serious bow hunting.

Hoyt's Dorado 60" recurve bow at 55#... in a nutshell the best bow I have ever shot! This bow has helped me fall back in love with the sport after a 5 year break up. I was looking for a back up bear traditional recurve and found the dorado. The only thing I don't like about this bow is I can never shoot another "vintage" bow again. There is no comparison in the limb technology. Best described as that sound as you close a brand new off the showroom car door to a 25 year old door that has seen 500 thousand miles. Seriously it is a great bow. I have shot the old pro medalists, the td4 ,Avalon, Radian, foam limbs, grafite and maple that hoyt has made and these pound for pound are the most durable, and hard hitting I have found. Partly because I only draw 27" I never could give a 68" or 66 " bow a good work out. I'm considering putting some v bars a sight and a good plunger on one and taking it out to 90 meters and play with the guys and gals in all white again. But traditional shooting is where this bow shines. The 4 arrow quiver is balanced and solid. No need for a stabalizer when using it. The powder coating is thick and worthy of a hard trail hike and the hardware to assemble this bow is how a bow should be put together. I only hope that this bow holds its value unlike most overpriced name brand bows that come and resold for pennies to the dollar. But that's my own personal beef with big shot bow companies. All in all I got to say thanks eBay for this opportunity to shoot a terrific bow!Read full review
Great feel, light, fast, and hits where I aim.

What a great bow!! omigosh Hoyt is the only bow I will ever buy, as if I would ever need another one. I found the sweet spot tuning it in no time. It is quiet fast and easy to shoot. Sweeet!!
This bow does not readily accept ILF limbs without reworking the limb butts. The ILF "buttons" need to be replaced with hole liners which will fit the studs on the riser. Not a big alteration, but still will need to be done to get any ILF rated limbs to fit. If done carefully, this alteration can be reversed.
