    These Aldila shafts are lightweight and the pre-prepping of the shaft tips was a great feature.

    Value, with quality. The real deal.

    My launch angle increased approximately 1 club, the movement fade or draw was very tight. What sold me the most however was the penetration combined with the higher shot trajectory. My increase in distance was about 4-6 yds. Very satisfied, exactly as advertised.

    Lightweight Shafts from ALDILA: Go Lighter and Longer for more distance

    I have a set of Ping G10 irons with factory graphite shafts and since I am getting older (59 next month) I wanted to try going lighter and longer. Before buying the entire set of 8 I purchased one of the new shafts and put it into my 8 iron, but made it the length of my current 6 iron. I live right next to one of our public courses and I've spent some time determining exactly how far I could hit the original 8 iron (130 yards of carry). After putting in the new shaft, I immediately jumped to 138 yards, and my accuracy has also improved. That's all it took, I went home and ordered the entire set of 8 and have replaced all of my Ping G10's and could not be happier.
