1. Applicability of Terms and Conditions
1.2. The following terms and conditions shall govern all contracts between you as a consumer and Tooltime Tools, (hereinafter referred to as “Tooltime Tools”).
 
2. Offer & Acceptance
2.2 When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the order button, eBay will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when eBay sends to you an order confirmation via eBay messages confirming your order or by a dispatch notification.
 
3. Right to Cancel for Consumers
3.1. You have the right to cancel the order at anytime before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won’t start before all information obligations laid down in the “Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000“ have been fulfilled. If it’s found that the return is based on a customers/buyers mistake i.e. Size then we withhold the right to deduct our outgoing P & P Charges from any refund.
3.2.You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by using the eBay Cancelation Dispute Procedure or by contacting us through the eBay Ask Seller A Question Link.
3.3 You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned unused in the original condition they were received in and returned at your expense. We also recommend you use a recorded delivery service as Tooltime Tools will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods.
 
4. Prices and delivery costs
4.1. All prices are in GBP. Delivery charges are not included in all the item prices quoted.

4.3. Postage Charges include the actual Postage cost plus, Insurance and packaging material.

5.1. We deliver to the countries listed within the individual Listing. If your country is not listed we do not ship that item to your destination.

    Great value for money

    For a basic DIY'er this is a great kit to have and aids alot of diffrent applications. I used some to secure a toilet seat in conjuction with rubber washers and also helped fit a light fixture. Really useful.

    Loose case fitting & poor quality control of washers.

    This product is good enough but quality control has not been thorough. The casing top and its loose fitting means that in transit all the washers become mixed and jumbled up..a good half an hour job to sort them. Some of the washers are flat sided meaning that they are mis-stamped being too close to the steel sheet edge.

    quite a few missing from a sealed box ??

    have bought Toolzone washers before, these are now in a different box, arrived sealed but with all contents mixed up, it was a wet day so sorted them out, the 2 larger sizes M10 and M12 were fine, the smaller sizes had so many missing, maybe the manufacturer doesn't expect people to count them, especially the small ones, should be 240 M4 washers in total but only had 188, M5, M6 also short by quite a few.

    Worthy Washers

    A fair product at a fair price. A good mixed set of washers useful to have about the house. The smaller sizes are fine but the larger sizes of the washers are stamped from too thin a gauge of steel to be used for any engineering application.
