Very convenient
When I fitted the unit carefully following the instructions I found that the drawer front height and worktop overhang prevented it from closing properly. Some forewarning about these constraints would have been useful, but I managed to work round the problems and am very pleased with the fitted unit. Convenient to use for ironing a small number of items, but the cover does get quite damp after 10 minutes or so using steam iron. Wise to dry off any condensation and dampness before retracting it again. Works well and not too difficult to fit.
However, it's worth noting that it can only be fitted to drawers where the drawer front lies external to the carcass. If the drawer is flush with a frame, then the iron board will not work. I did manage to find a solution but not at all straightforward.
