Item was received exactly as described: in new condition, individually wrapped in plastic bag, and undamaged from shipping. In addition, the method of wiring the connections was described in detail so that no mistakes could be made in the use of this device. This was the ONLY device I looked at which provided such a detailed description for it's use! BRAVO to the seller for doing this!!
