PRICING
The price payable for goods is listed on each product page and assumed to be correct. Unfortunately pricing mistakes can happen. You will be notified of any mistake before your goods are dispatched with the option to cancel or purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. All prices include VAT at the current rate. Our VAT Registration Number is GB 874 5654 82.
DELIVERY
Due to the size of some delivery vehicles used by our couriers we must be informed of any restrictions regarding access to the delivery destination. This includes (but is not limited to) steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends, other restrictions. In the event your delivery is refused/cancelled due to these restrictions you may be liable for all freight charges.
Delivery dates given are estimates, accurate to the information we are supplied and we shall not be held responsible for any delays out of our control. We reserve the right to deliver your consignment in installments if neccessary. If you specify that your delivery can be left without you being there to sign for your consignment, we cannot be held responsible for any items left unattended.
INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY
A number of items are available with paid installation. All installation/assembly work is be booked-in with the customer which normally increases the delivery time by a short period. If assembly is taking place inside your property, areas must be clear for the item(s) to be transported to the final destination. An apropriate clear working area must be provided for the assembly/installation to take place. If you have an outdoor installation all necessary ground work (if applicable) must be prepared before fitters arrive including creating a clear work area and in the case of outdoor buildings ensuring that bases are suitable and prepared. If any assembly/installation has to be aborted then an aborted installation fee will be levied.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage caused by or resulting from any variation for whatsoever reason in the manufacturers specifications or technical data and will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from curtailment or cessation of supply following such variation. We will use reasonable endeavour to advise you of any such impending variation as soon as we receive any notice thereof from the manufacturer. Unless otherwise agreed, goods are supplied in accordance with the manufacturers standard specifications as these may be improved, substituted or modified.
CANCELLATION
Under the distance selling regulations you may cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. We must receive this request by email, fax or in writing. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. If you cancel within this period the goods must be returned or collection arrangements made at your cost. Goods should be retured as soon as possible after your cancellation request. If collection is requested, you will be informed of the collection charge at the point of cancellation. Goods should be adequately packaged to protect against damage or deterioration. You have a duty of care throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you have requested collection but we have been unable to collect the goods due to your fault you may be liable for additional charges incurred by us. If you elect to return the goods yourself we recommened using a proof of delivery or trackable courier service as we cannot be held responsible for any items which go missing. All goods to be returned to our warehouse should have a Returns Authorisation Number, please contact us to receive one.
