Connect your amp to the Fuse website , and look at the downloads available. I am not a programmer , but I don't need to be with Fuse. I can pick thru other players settings and audition and keep the ones that suit me. It's fantastic and it's FREE !!!! The amp itself is solid , quiet no buzzing or fizz , and with 150 watts thru two Celestion twelve inch speakers it can be a true workhorse. I play with guitar players who use a Egnater tourmaster halfstack and the other guitarist uses a Carvin V3 halfstack . My amp sounds so good especially as we go down the set list and I'm nailing the tone of the original recording. If you have the chops this kind of versatility can put your band over the top. The four button footswitch included is awesome but I'm on the lookout for the expression pedal to complete my rig.Read full review

These Fender Mustang amps are really good in studio settings .... they provide very useful tones and effects, and blend well in an open-air mixed environment. Among my current setup, I employ both a Mustang 1x12" and the 2x12" combo. The sounds are different, as you'd expect between these differing cab types, and this is exactly what I wanted - excellent modeling, and a great option for blending sounds. The 2x12" combo is a fully stereo amp, which adds an additional element to the mix, and further differentiates this amp from the 1x12" combo. Both cab's are open-back, which I favor, and Fender loads them with Celestion 70/80's, which are not the best speaker choice for "normal" amp use, IMO, but are well-suited for modeling, as the 70/80 has a bit flatter response than most other Celestions. Fender has sculpted pretty decent patches for these Mustangs too. The Mustangs respond pretty well to external pedals, and with patient tweaking, the player's tonal palette is expanded. The FX loop is useful - it allows me to insert a sound enhancement device such as an equalizer, boost, or a Sonic Maximizer, to further tailor the amp's response for specific situations. (Keep in mind that the FX loop has stereo connections, so your outboard device should be stereo-enabled to fully utilize both power sections of the amp.) Overall, I'd recommend the Mustang III and IV for anyone looking for an affordable, reliable combo that's well-suited for live and recording applications.Read full review

Pretty nifty, versatile amp, with plenty of power for any venue. However, if you are technologically challenged at all like me, it may take a while to learn how to use all of the features. It helps to download the full set of detailed instructions from Fender's website.
