The Pyronix KX15DT is a PROFESSIONAL QUALITY dual-technology detector designed for use with wired intruder alarm systems. Dual-technology detectors are designed to be used to illiminate false alarms in harsh environments such as factory units, garages, warehouses or wher SUPERIOR false alarm immunity is required, the detector achives this as it is two sensors a PIR sensor and Microwave sensor, both of which need to be triggered to set off the Alarm and as they detect in very different ways this reduces the risk of false alarms making for a very reliable detector. The detector can be used on conventional closed loop wired alarm systems but can also be used on panels that support end of line wiring as it has selectable alarm resistor values of 6K8, 5K6, 4K7 &1K.
