    I received my package on Saturday November 23, 2024 partially opened in my mailbox. The case of the CD was cracked due to the poor packaging. After using several devices the CD was able to play. I wanted this item for a keepsake however would’ve preferred in hindsight to stream or download the chants and songs to my computer, phone, or tablet.

    As we told this buyer directly, ALL of our items are shipped in high quality USPS Priority Mail boxes and packages provided by the Post Office. We take considerable care with CDs/DVDs making sure that they are well protected inside a USPS Priority Mail box and that they have plenty of protective fill inside to help prevent the item(s) from moving within while in transit. We are sorry to hear that her item was damaged in transit by the Post Office.
