these handles are very comfortable, and though it is specifically mentioned on the packaging that they don't provide insulation from electric shock, in my opinion, they certainly make it safer compared to bare metal in your hand if you must work on live circuits. I don't have Kleins and my handles are a bit different shape, but if you get them plenty hot (I actually boiled the water, and then let it cool a bit before immersing them) and lubricate the handles, they are not too hard to drive on. I would recommend a hard plastic mallet if you have one-I didn't so I just used my hammer.

Klein has always been a top notch company with more amazing tools along with specialty tools. This is the first time I've had to replace the handles and Klein offered the best option. Thank you once again Klein!!

as an Electrician, I use these every time I get a new set of Kliens ( Lineman`s Pliers ) and automatically put these on, I do one step better, I leave the old plastic handles on them and put these on over them, tight fit, but it's my life!
