    Item is good but downside is need to think about the strength of plastic on the receptacle as the container I used "bagged" out a bit which kept the cup filling.. I sorted it but think I needed to add extra strength or put cup higher up or something.. Just something to be aware of but item is good and works 👍

    Handy drinker

    I ordered these maxi cup drinkers after trying several other water supplying devices for my two chickens. They arrived on time and were very easy to fix to the large tub I'm currently using as a water container. Yes, you do need a 12mm drill bit that doesn't come in your average bit set but all you do is drill one hole per cup and the rest is simple. One word of advice: don't use a water container with an air tight lid. This will stop the water flowing through to the cup. However, so far so good with the one cup I've used. They seem very good quality moulded plastic and they should last a while. Very happy with this product and the seller.

    Sturdy and easy to use drinker.

    Very well constructed, and they automatically fill as the chickens drink, unlike the cheaper smaller versions. We tried various other types and most rely on the chicken pecking a trigger inside. Our girls didn’t learn this so this drinker system is by far the best. Note to new users, you must allow some airflow at the top of your water bucket/barrel so allow air to replace the water volume. If you seal the top, the drinker will not fill. Its a sturdy well made drinker with room enough for 2 thirsty chickens to drink at once. Well recommended!

    Fantastic Product

    This product is so easy to use. It has allowed my hens and goats to share one large tub of water. The feeders are great for the hens and easy clean whilst using a recycled tub, the goats can drink from it too. Cost efficient and a win win all round.

    Maxi cup auto drinking feeder

    This is a lovely little product. It's well made, it took me 2 minutes to drill the 12mm hole and put it together. Make sure that if you put a lid on your bucket/barrel/what ever you have used that it isn't sealed as this will cause a vacuum and the feeder won't work properly. Nothing to do with the feeder blame the laws of physics.

    Excellent product

    I have found this drinker to be much better than some of the others on sale. Fitted to a plastic bucket it maintains the water level very well. May consider buying another soon. Although more expensive than others it is worth the extra.
