I have an original Telnyashka from Russia but they have extra wide necklines, its the one thing that bothered me. These shirts are exactly the same in all ways but have regular necklines. Its exactly what i was looking for. They arent quite as tight fitting as i thought, i took a medium but actually should have taken a small, to get that more figure hugging tightness i like, but its fine. Great purchase.
