Delivery of parcels sent by us is generally provided with tracking details which is visible on eBay. Goods returned back with failed delivery attempts due to issue with the address will be subject to £3.50 cost of sending goods plus £4 for returning back the parcel.

The first attempt at delivery did not materialize but this was not the fault of the vendor. It was being returned to them by the carrier due to the fact it had been damaged in transit. Upon contacting the vendor a full refund or replacement was offered. The latter was chosen and this was undertaken by the vendor. The item arrived packaging badly damaged but thankfully the contents were ok. The customer service given by the vendor was excellent could not fault it at all.

    modern funky post box

    Looks fab on the wall, easy to install, lightweight, big enough to house A4 letters. Only negative is the drop down opening has slightly sharp edges - other than this excellent product.

    A good size

    Item came quickly. I bought this so my dog wouldn’t bark every time something came through the letterbox. It is a reasonable size & fits A4 letters in & the lid can be closed. The opening for mail is nice & wide so no problems. The only fault I would say is the lid edges are quite rough so need smoothing down. All in all a good buy

    Looks stylish and reasonably easy to put up.

    I agree that there are some sharp edges on the lift-up lid, but overall it seems to be good value for money. Time will tell whether or not it rusts but it is in a sheltered spot. Hopefully no more tussles with the dog over whose post it is!

    Good Value

    I found the post box to be well made though the steel is a tad thin,but it suited my needs on this occasion,if I lived on a busy road I personally would be looking for something more robust,however it is good value for the price.
