    Excellent Product

    Perfect interim solution to having a lack of sockets in a room. Easily installed and neat professional-looking finish. However not intended to be a permanent alternative to installing extra sockets on a ring main, partly because it's usually preferable to spread sockets around the room, but also this product has a total loading of 13A for all 4 outlets.

    Good idea, quality needs improving

    Product woul be good if it was made to a higher standard. The problem is te wire clamping screws whih screw onto the wire at an angle meaning that they dont grip the wire very well, this caused me a lot of problems with the wires not being retained, also, the wire clamping screws are not made of brass, they are plated steel, obviously for cheapness, plus the clamping screw threads are poor quality, the screwing action is not smooth. The product is a very good idea, if only it was made to a higher standard. I noticed that it was made in China so accept that it would be made to a low standard

    Easy and safe way to provide extra socket outlets

    Well designed and easy to fit in place of single or double gang socket outlets, without increasing standoff from the wall. Far safer than using multiplug adapters or extension leads.

    4 Gang Convertor

    Bought 2 of these as we live in a cottage that doesn’t have many sockets in the room. Fitted 1 in the room so we could power the tv, smart recorder & router. It’s ideal for the job & works well. Fitted the other 1 in the dining room in the place of a double socket & it took just a few minutes to swap over. I wouldn’t use one in the kitchen unless it was for connecting items that were low loading like phone chargers & other low power items

    Good product with strong switch action

    Excellent quality, much better than the previous models that I had installed. Switches on previous models burnt out even on light load mobile phone chargers. The new ones have much stronger, better designed switch action. I fully recommend them.
