The blind arrived in very quick time, well packaged and of great quality. Was able to get it installed despite having wrenched my right arm & shoulder etc a few days earlier - fixing up a blind and drilling holes when your arm won't go above shoulder height is NOT easy!
Despite that the blind was very easy to fix up once the brackets were in place and very smooth in operation. So good in fact we have now ordered another two - one for the opposite kitchen window and one for the main sitting room!
