I always order about two weeks before my remaining capsules are up.I don't know what they do apart from French Firefighters being given these when they go to places on fire it is supposed to protect them, i have respiratory problems but don't seem to improve my breathing. But it's force of habit and B12 is supposed to be good to take. Very pleased.

    I have been taking these for about 2 weeks and i must say I do really feel better. I was always tired and just couldn't be bothered with anything I'm not as tired and i get a lot of house work done now. Might not work for everyone I'm pleased they worked for me.

    For a health product I found it had to many additives ! Far too many unnecessary ingredients that people with allergies react to. I found this product irritated my stomach.

    Got me off the couch

    Been not moving much the last year and thought it was old age A little research told me that i was B12 anemic After a week of taking 7mg per day my energy levels have soured Will reduce to 3mg a day from now on until I feel 1005% then maybe 2 for the forseeable future

    Great product with great results.
