Won’t be using Hermes/ EVRi or whatever their called anymore. I think they have changed their name because there’s so many complaints about missing items by HERMES. I should have received a parcel a year ago delivered by Hermes and never got it. They said it was delivered to wrong address they would get it collected and delivered to me within 48hrs. The actual delivery was a different matter, Yodel lied two days running saying that they had attempted delivery when they hadn't. We were here both days, gates open and access to the front door. Finally rolled up on the third day, no apology whatsoever. So what is normally a great service from this seller is let down by a 'couldn't care less attitude' by the 'delivery' company.
