    Bosch hedge cutter.

    Bought for spring cut of 400 meters of baux hedging on country estate. Proved to have a very clean crisp cut and nice and light to use all day. Runs nice and quiet and has since proven to have enough power to cut mature bay and Camelot balls with ease. The longer lead means less moving of cable reels on a long run of hedge which makes work easy too

    Trigger system not human friendly

    Works perfectly well, but the two handed safety triggers are such that you get cramping forearms before long. Not ergonomic. It’s not that I’m a small bloke, former rugby player, but difficult to use for prolonged period

    Lightweight and clean cut finish.

    I wanted something like my very old Bosch cordless hedge trimmer. Well, I got my wish. Today I started to trim a large hedge and the finish was very neat indeed. I do not think it will be long before this feels just like the old one and becomes part of the team of tools that I have for hedge trimming. I have heard people say they have issues with the trigger but I find them okay, just takes time to get used to the operation. Great for slow cutting too if you combine the trigger action. Hope it lasts as long as the last one giving me many hours of pleasure and superb finishes.

    Good Buy.

    It is easy to use. It is really safe because of the double switching, each handle has a switch on it. It cuts well, although I prefer the previous style of blade. Also the protrusion at the end of the blade can be a bit of a nuisance. However, I am please with it overall.

    Lightweight, quality hedge trimmer

    I bought this Bosch hedge trimmer to replace an old Black and Decker. I looked into the reviews and chose this particular one due to weight, cost, features (I didn't want one to cut really thick branches) and name if I'm honest. This one fits the bill. The cord/lead is orange, so easy to see. The trimmer is not too big and cumbersome, it's easy to hold and more around. I'm happy with my purchase and happy to recommend.
