The print head was completely clogged and would not let any ink through. This kit successfully unclogged all 4 print nozzles and was simple to use. You may need to use nearly the full bottle like I did if the blockages are really bad. I'm glad I bought this kit because an old printer is now useful again. I recommend this to anyone wanting a cheap and easy fix for unclogging a print head.

I was unable to progress to stage 2 cleaning as it turns out the printhead in my Epson WF- 4640 is not removable and the ink lines aren’t either. Still, better than it was.
