Item was a different style than pictured and was way too small . I was able to get customer service to refund me and they didn’t ask for the item to be shipped back. Very professional and very fast response from the company. Just sad it didn’t fit and I won’t be able to use it .

    I’m sorry but not happy with purchase

    I recently purchase this chin mask for my lipo procedures it did not fit right n just kept on closing in to my face to where it started to cut circulation n I had to removed it immediately. I was disappointed that it did not help with its purpose
