Il diritto di recesso può essere esercitato entro 14 giorni solari dal ricevimento della merce ai sensi del D.lgs.n. 21 del 21/02/2014 facendo fede alla data di consegna risultante dalla tracciatura del Corriere. Il recesso dovrà essere anticipatamente comunicato e autorizzato dall'azienda: il cliente dovrà inviare una lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno o una email di posta elettronica certificata (PEC) all'indirizzo infosate@yahoo.it;

la comunicazione dovrà contenere: 1. la manifestazione di volontà di avvalersi del beneficio concesso dal D. Lgs. N. 185 del 22 maggio 1999 2. l'indicazione del prodotto per il quale si decide di avvalersi del diritto di recesso. • il danneggiamento del prodotto;

• l'assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto (accessori, componenti e/o altre parti, ecc.);

Nei casi sopra indicati, si provvederà a restituire al Mittente il bene acquistato, addebitando allo stesso le spese di spedizione.
