    No communication with customer service. I sent several emails and no response. My issue is I had ordered the wrong part and wanted to send it back for a full refund. They took out about $20 saying that they recieved it used and damaged. I only took it out of the package put it next to my car, it wasn't what I needed so I packed it up and sent it back without using it or damaging it. Its a rip off. They had to get paid some how so they made up a story that it was used and damaged.
