Book was protected by generous packaging material which was a good thing because the box was torn apart at the corner and the box itself looked as if it were used as a football.     Today I received a one hundred and twenty year old, twelve volume reader set, ideal for my purposes; the interiors of the books surpassed expectation. The shipping was a reasonable price for a 20 lb shipment, the customer service was expeditious & business-like, communication was easy like Sunday morning, & my set got here safe & sound, packed up tightly; snug as a bug in a rug! I'd certainly recommend that my fellow acquisitory bibliophiles do as I've done & get some books from Phelp's as well!
