The packaging, externally and internally, deteriorated in transit due to the large marble base in the centre of the box. The boxes were re-packaged by the seller prior to shipping to prevent damage. Unfortunately this third lamp arrived with a power cable requiring repair. Everything considered, this is a great lamp for the price. Don't be alarmed when you see the battered packaging as it arrives at your doorstep! Thank you

The product itself is fabulous and even is better than the original one and fitted perfectly. It was difficult to try and source a product from the local hardware shop that could match the original's seal flap dimensions, as received. The item was packaged inside a long conduit, meaning that it could be shipped without any fear of any damage occurring to it (it was worth of paying the cost to ship it). I would recommend this supplier.
