Product advertised as delivery within a week. Having ordered and paid the seller then told me that delivery would be over a month. It simply seems like a false claim to get the sale. I therefore immediately cancelled the order so that I could buy it elsewhere. After waiting 4 days I have been told that I will be refunded. So the good is that they appear willing to refund, the bad is that they ought never have been claiming to sell something for quick delivery that they could not deliver.

Sent a different product to the one pictured /described. Initially no response. After raising a complaint was offered a partial refund despite asking to return them as I am allergic to the ones sent. Returned them with tracking but had to chase the refund long after they received it. When questioned, was told one of the 3 purchased was opened therefore not entitled to a refund. Again explained that I didn't know they sent the wrong product until it was open. No apology or acknowledgment! Beware
