      Cool

      Been a while since I've had a punch bag, and the house I live in now has no where for me to attach a bag, brought this being semi sceptical but I was happily surprised, the only thing I'd change on it is the hole on the base, I'd make it bigger so it's easier to add and remove fillings like sand but still a top notch item :)

      It is a workout but not as you might imagine

      Two 5 kilo bags of sand at a tenner each and still the base is not stable (still have a kilo of sand to add) and moves or if hit really hard falls over. Factor in that the sand was damp when it was delivered and I had to use a large casserole dish to dry an endless amount of sand (200 degrees in the oven for thirty minutes a go- about Ā£20 on my electric bill) AND then once dry use a funnel (Ā£" at Wilko) to pour said sand into a hole the size of a ten pence piece. If you do not dry out the sand it wont go down the funnel) You also repeatedly sweep up sand that leaks onto the floor. IT TOOK FOREVER. It would take forever and then some if you just tried to use the spanner included for the numerous bolts (oh yeah adjustable spanner from Aladdin's Cave at Ā£2.46). It is not over yet, oh no. ...

      5.5ft leaking punch bag

      In the description it's says you can put water in the base, don't do it! It leaked all over soaking my carpet, it's made a right mess.

      Good quality tough with little flexibilty

      gloves and foot protection recommend as it is not soft, and fill the base with sand for stability, also it has good colour markers for height.
