I stated that everything was to be pink, which means everything, not a few things, everything! But what arrived not everything was pink, it’s my daughters 13th birthday, everything is going to be pink this year at her gravestone, so ordered everything pink flowers, which I didn’t receive, the carnations were white which i hadn’t asked for, I had asked for ‘EVERYTHING PINK’!! Highly recommended seller. Not only are the flowers good quality, but they’re well packaged and delivered promptly. Have attached photos (with identifying surname and date removed) as eBay says they will show these with feedback soon. I took these off the stand to fit into the headstone edging, but they do come delivered on a sturdy stand as with most flowers like these.

I was however disappointed with the packaging….a battered old crisp box, was a poor choice and it was fortunate that the item survived the journey (see photos attached). You provide a good service and I would definitely recommend you to others but you do need to rethink the packaging.

Opened a case as then have a reply straight away ask me to close it and they will send! Please be aware this is not something advertised as you can’t reopen it and seller knows this so please buy with caution. Should have read the feedback before buying as looks like I’m not the only unhappy customer! We kept the buyer informed of a stock delay but she opened an item not recieved case anyway. With the case open we knew she could opt to refund when on route, she then opted to refund once we had agreed to send.
