It's suitable for myself as my eyes water on windy days and it doesn't run, also flakes away easy when wanting to remove.

Wonderful Mascara
I have used this product for many years mainly because although it is waterproof it washes off with baby soap and water as I am unable to use makeup removers due having to sensitive eyes. It also has no perfume smell.
