Supplier improperly shipped it in a tight spool so the rudder tubing couldnt be straightened out to feed it through a kayak (its intended use). I cut it and tried to modify to make it work but was’t able to. BUYER BEWARE. Buyer basically cut tubing and then decided to return it. Per Ebay policy, item must be in resaleable condition. This item did not meet that criteria, since it was "cut to make it work." Came in original new packaging and works well. The one issue is delivery. Shipping could use improvement. I received updates that it’s shipping, only to find that it didn’t begin moving for almost 3 days, followed by delivery estimates that were slipped twice. Took 8 days from Chicago area to central Florida.
