If you have received the towbar and have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item then within 60 days of receipt you must inform us (by phone, email, eBay or post) that you wish to return it for a refund (This refund includes the original delivery charge (if any) at our standard or economy delivery rate). You can either return it to us yourself (at your cost) or we can arrange (at your cost) for our courier to collect it from you. You can open the packaging and inspect the items but you do have to take reasonable care of the items. If the item has been fitted or items not returned then we may charge you for these.

If there is a problem with the towbar we would ask that you contact us as even professional fitters can misread instructions. If faulty or incorrectly supplied we will arrange for our courier to collect it from you (at our cost) and for another towbar to be sent or of course we can give you a full refund instead

A very well made Tow Bar
OK, Straight out the box all is good. You have everything needed to have the tow bar up and running. My first impression is that it is well made and the welding is of good quality. I felt confident that it would be man enough to pull my bike trailer. Ok so on to fitting, firstly I marked all the nut & Bolts to make identifying them and their position easier. It also helps to check you have everything before you start. Now I was fitting this to a convertible car (Renault CC) so was expecting things to be a bit different from normal. My advise look at the instructions read them look again and get it clear in your head what you need to do. I thought I had and tried to slot the complete made up tow bar into the chassis frame. This was wrong and a rookie mistake to make. After that everything ... OK, Straight out the box all is good. You have everything needed to have the tow bar up and running. This was wrong and a rookie mistake to make. After that everything went fairly well, the tow bar was a good fit. Now this was the most complicated one I have ever fitted and it worked. The complication was the car not the Tow Bar. In summery well made, good fit and finish. A good product, at what I think is very good price. Last word of advice, get someone to help you fit it! it is really a 2 man job at times ( a fairly heavy and substantial bar) and do a little research on Google.
