    Hello Chris, very oddly you paint a totally different scenario than was actually the case. We asked you to provide a photo of the 5 lamps showing the complete product with our markings but you repeatedly refused to do this simple thing which would have potentially enabled us to either make a partial refund or send additional items to you free of charge once verified. You previously purchased 2 then 5 of these lamps, and the photo you provided of one faulty lamp evidenced an older burnt out lamp!
