One of the worse experience since buying from Ebay. The company sales extremely poor quality parts. Bought full set of steering pats - not able to fit them at all (extremely poor quality); the parts doesn't meet the minimum requirements. The company requested FIVE STARS before item arrival. When I asked for a refund, they said will refund a third of the value but doesn't need the parts back - ?ALREADY KNOW THE POOR QUALITY? The purchase arrived in a broke cardboard box with no instructions.

These mud flaps were delivered very quickly and well packaged. They were good quality The price was excellent. I went away and after a spell of bad weather went to fit them. Unfortunately they were not the correct ones for my vehicle. I contacted RTG explaining my predicament. Although I had received them a few weeks ago they still checked to see if they had the correct fitting ones. They did not have them but immediately arranged a free return for the originals sent. Excellent customer service!
