      Recommending roasted, powdered garlic

      Got this jar before my current, Other Brand, jar runs out. I am very pleased in using this form of roasted garlic for seasoning meats in particular. I have not yet tried the Badia brand in this auction. Will be a couple months before I can get to it. It has a pungent fragrance straight from the mailing pouch so it must be fresh; certainly has an extended period of Freshness Date reference. The only thing that bothers me is the price of this unit. I certainly would have purchased it from a local store had I been able to find ANY brand; I believe I got my Other Brand at Walmart. Sadly, the spices in their inventory have gone to HOT, HOOOOTTT and HOTTER, which my digestion cannot tolerate. And any similar products on the store shelves contained way too many other veggie items, like ...

      good product

      some time ago I found this BADIA brand garlic powder at my grocery store. it wasn't with the spices but price was lower so I tried it. Afterwards this was the only brand I'd buy because the quality was far superior to store brand or Mccormick brand. however recently my store stopped carrying it. on a chance I looked for it on ebay and was so happy to find it... so I stocked up on it. I prefer the regular Badia Garlic Powder but the Roasted is also EXCELLENT. quality is great and real garlic taste. just a little sprinkle on toast, etc makes great garlic bread. most garlic powders give a bit fake taste but that isn't the case with this brand. would definitely recommend.

      AMAZING SMELL!

      I will not use any other garlic powder after buying this one!! Puts other regular garlic powder to shame. Very gourmet! If you love garlic, the smell is amazing! I even will just take top off just to smell it when I walk by it on the shelf. Yes, that good Now I'm going to look at other products, spices that BADIA makes :))

      Much Better then regular Garlic Powder!
