My original rating was neutral because the item arrived with a broken screw. I requested ten dollars to compensate for purchase price of the new screw. Not only did he give me a $10 refund, but he’s sending me the screw as well! I would like to give that $10 back if possible. I will definitely use this seller again for my ham radio needs.
