    Pill reminder & more

    I used this watch for on holiday in a different time zone when I needed an alarm for meditation at a certain time. It alerts on every hour and I set an alarm for the time I needed. I ended up using it more than I thought like out at night to keep an eye on the time as I don’t use my phone abroad. Very handy watch and I got the instructions on line by googling the watch
