Delivery: Every effort is taken to deliver orders with the shortest time frame possible. If an item will be delayed we will email to let you know. We aim to dispatch all orders same day when placed before mid day Monday - Friday. Although this is achieved most of the time we do not guarantee this dispatch time however we do guarantee a 1 working day maximum dispatch time. Most of our listings state time we expect it to take. We aim to deliver all international order as fast as possible also but delays are always possible due to customs control.
 
We mainly use Royal Mail for orders so there are no exclusions on delivery to the United Kingdom. Some larger orders will be sent via courier and if this is the case you will receive email notification with tracking information.
 
Returns/Exchange: In line with the UK's distance selling regulations you have the right to a refund on a product if you notify the reason via email & we receive the item within 7 days from the date that the item was delivered. This will entitle you to a full refund including the original carriage charge. After seven days has lapsed the original purchase price will be refunded only & no original carriage costs. We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the date the item was delivered.
If the product is in the original package, unused & re-saleable, we require the purchaser to select & pay for the return option. We would advise insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels whilst on the return route to us. Once received & inspected that the product has no sign of wear or damage we will issue a refund on the original purchase price. We will issue refunds within 24 hours from the receipt of the goods back at our premises.
 
“Exchange”: The original item must be returned to our depot prior to the new item being despatched, terms & conditions are as above.
 
"Damaged on arrival" If goods are damaged on arrival please inform us immediately. If the box is visually damaged on delivery and requires a signature, please sign courier delivery notes as "damaged" or reject the parcel. If you find the item is damaged please notify us immediately or with- in 24 hours of the delivery time. If this guide line above has been met we will arrange to replace the item in the shortest time possible. NO refunds will be issued after 30 days has lapsed from the receipt date under any circumstances.
 
"Faulty Products" All of our products sold have a one year guarantee or more if stated. This guarantee excludes wear and tear and accidental damage. We would require the fault to be reported to us via email to handinuneaton@gmail.com and we will do our best to help. We will in most cases instantly send a replacement order.
 
 
“Payments”: We except PayPal, PayPal orders will only be delivered to the address on the PayPal account. As the product price would be uncovered under buyer/seller protection alternative addresses will not be possible. If an alternative address is required, please contact us to pay via card.
