The interaction with my huawei g620s is excellent except for: - I can take phone calls using the middle button but for some reason I can't end the calls (especially annoying when cycling). - The same middle button will stop songs from Spotify but will not make them start again. Compared to one came with my phone, this "GENUINE" one is about 15.9mm shorter, the cord (or wire) is 1mm thinner, and stiffer. More important difference is that the max volume is lower.

Brought the earphones and there brilliant to listen to music and watch videos but they make me sound like I'm 100 metres away from the phone when I use them for hands free and they also make a crackling sound when I'm on the phone

The earphones sound really and the quality is good. I normally use about 2 earphones and I've had these for 2 months now and they still work. The only issue I have with them is that they don't fit my ear that well but that's just a personal problem
