    Muy mala comunicación con el vendedor, tuve que hablar directamente con la paquetería por casi 2 meses para poderlo recibir, no hubo manera de poder recibirlo en Mexico, tuve que pagar $3,500 pesos mas en la paquetería por mi parte y mandarlo nuevamente a USA y ahí poderlo recibir , el vendedor no se hizo responsable solo me comento de la devolución, finalmente me lo entregaron pero con mucho esfuerzo y tiempo de espera, sin soluciones por parte del vendedor El Producto es nuevo.

    Pedí el Electrobisturí a México (la plataforma mencionaba que sí se podía) y a los días recibo una llamada de UPS mencionando que mi paquete estaba en aduana y que no lo podían liberar porque necesitaban un pago de importación. Intenté contactar al proveedor por todos los medios posibles y no he tenido respuesta. Me preocupa qué vaya a pasar con mi paquete y que no me regresen mi dinero. Una vez que el proveedor me de solución, actualizaré mi reseña.
