Widedirect-9 is acting as an agent, which means Widedirect-9 does NOT store, own or post the majority of products to eBay buyers. The majority of products are posted directly from 3rd party suppliers.
For multiple products we might use different suppliers for the same order, therefore it may happen the items are delivered on different days according to the supplier, but always by the term given.
These items are dispatched directly to you from a third party distributor. By placing an order, you are agreeing that your delivery information may be shared with trusted suppliers.
We use 3rd party fulfillment, this may include the 3rd party's logo on packaging, we use a third party for shipping as it omits the postage cost for the customer. This allows our products to remain very competitively priced.
We may also re-use packaging when appropriate as an attempt to reduce our overall environmental impact on the planet.
If there is any problem, please contact us via eBay Messaging System giving the full details of any problem along with your user ID. Please note that any communication HAS TO be done exclusively through eBay Messaging System.
All of our products are dispatched directly from our different suppliers across the United Kingdom so you get your items quickly and in perfect condition.
Our products are a 100% authentic and we only work with the biggest suppliers of high quality products.
It's our top priority that our customers are happy and in the rare event that they are not, we do everything we can to fix the situation.
Once a bid has been placed, it is a legally binding contract of purchase.
Payment:
Payment must be received within 3 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions. If payment is not received within 3 working days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.
You will be notified within one business day that your items have been dispatched.
Once you receive your items, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report said damage within 24 hours via eBay messaging. If all is well please leave a positive feedback, so we are aware that you have received your items and you are happy with them. If there is any problem, please contact us first and provide us full details of any problem.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted within 30 days.
Item/s must NOT be used, damaged, installed or connected. Buyer pays return & delivery costs for the item/s.
Item/s such as DVDs and Video Games must NOT be used, opened, damaged or installed in order to return and receive a full refund. The item MUST be returned in the SAME condition that it was sent to you. Failure to do so, compromises the item’s value and our ability to relist it in the same condition as it was originally offered. A partial refund will be offered.
All other costs that affected the item/s loss of quality or value caused by the buyer - must be paid by the buyer. If anything goes wrong with the items after 30 days, there are no warranties.
We request you to try your new item/s as soon as you receive them.
Please note that any pre-existing damage of the received item/s MUST be communicated within 24 hours after the item has been received; failure to do so may result in us (on our supplier's behalf) not granting you the return.
If the item in your opinion doesn't correspond to pictures and/or descriptions, you MUST inform us within 24 hours after the item has been received (or 24 hours after all items have been received in case of sets); failure to do so may result in us (on our supplier's behalf) not granting you the return.
If you changed your mind about the item, but nothing is wrong with the item itself (e.g. it works properly and perfectly corresponds to pictures and descriptions), we (on our supplier's behalf) may not grant you the return. Also, the return may have a cost (depending on our supplier) and MUST be organized through us unless specified; any alternative way to return an item may lead to complications in the process and delays (or impossibility) in the money refund. Please note that many of our suppliers may require that the item is still NOT used, NOT damaged, NOT installed and NOT connected, and still in the original box or package.
In case of sets orders, if you think the items don't match with each other’s or with your home, you MUST inform us within 24 hours after all the items have been received; failure to do so may result in us (on our supplier's behalf) not granting you the return.
