Wrong item arrived, chose this item as it had a metal fixing between broom and handle. The one delivered had a two hole plastic fixing similar to existing broom that has broken twice. Offered a £2 refund on price, declined it then offered £3 refund. Advised new stock had arrived with plastic fixing accepted this offer but asked for picture online to be updated so other buyers would not be compromised. To date picture has not been updated. Agreed to offer as did not wan to spend time packaging.
