However, I don’t believe this is the seller’s fault. It seems this particular solution might not be suitable for testing gold above 18k. I tried multiple pieces of 22k gold, but the acid always burned through them. I also tested 24k, and although it reacts a bit slower, it still gets burned. Overall, I’m satisfied with the kit and the service — just a heads-up for anyone testing high-karat gold.

Opened the parcel in front of the postie as he said it felt lighter than the listed weight, which was 2kg, the parcel weighed 1.089kg, packaging included. I immediately contacted the seller and advised them that the amount sent was incorrect even before I was notified that the parcel had been delivered. They insist that 2kg was sent. Just a pure rip off.
