SMALL ITEMS: (normal cooker hoods, hobs etc) are quickly despatched on an all day courier service, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. You can expect Free Delivery throughout UK Mainland within 2 working days. For Next Day Delivery, please contact us first.
 
LARGE ITEMS: PLEASE PROVIDE 2 PHONE NUMBERS. Large items like washing machines and ovens are delivered using a Specialist White Goods Delivery Company - who are used to shipping large, bulky items and will take most large items into your home for you providing access isn't an issue. For example, if you have Narrow Doors or the Appliance you have ordered online is too big for your Doorway, the Delivery company will not remove packaging or doors in order to get the appliance into your home (in case they damage the appliance or your home in the process). Other access issues include Stairs and Parking.
 
The delivery company will contact you directly either via Text or Phone to arrange a time and a date depending on your post-code. Delivery in England and Wales is normally within a few days, Delivery to Scottish Post-Codes can take a little longer.

Why Recycle?
 
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste.
 
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in Landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
 
What is the Crossed Out Wheeled Bin Symbol?
 
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeling bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
 
What is WEEE?
 
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.

DAMAGE
 
As per distance selling regulations, damages need to be reported within a reasonable time frame - please thoroughly check all appliances for damage within 48 hours of receipt. After this we will not be able to make a claim with the delivery company or manufacturer. Please do not order if you cannot check the items within 48 hours but feel free to ask us to hold off delivery as we can keep your purchased appliances in our warehouse, ready for when you need them.
 
On the rare occasion that you notice damage at the time of delivery, you may wish to refuse the item. If you subsequently become aware of the damage after delivery please contact us within 48 hours IN WRITING/EMAIL. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product(s) and/or packaging and sending this to us immediately will help us to deal with any problems quickly.
 
Under no circumstances should you install your appliance if you notice damage. By installing an item you are accepting the product and cannot claim for damage after installation. Installing a damaged item can void your warranty and can also be dangerous.
 
All of our appliances are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months with the manufacturer. If any faults arise after installation, please contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help. The guarantee will not apply however if the fault arises from misuse or excessive wear and tear. If your product appears not to be functioning correctly please first check the manufacturer’s instruction book and follow the fault-finding guide. If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliance to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember if a product is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the engineer visit.
 
We cannot replace or refund a faulty item without the manufacturer's engineer visit and only then if the engineer deems the item to be unrepairable, regardless of when it was delivered.
 
When installing a gas appliance a qualified Gas Safe engineer is required, all appliances will need to be installed by a qualified tradesperson, who will have the correct certification. If your appliance isn't installed by a qualified tradesman the manufacturer will likely void the warranty. We reserve the right to request an installation certificate for Gas appliances.
 
Where an item needs to be "hard-wired" by a qualified electrician, we reserve the right to request an installation certificate to make sure the fault was not caused by a "DIY" installation.

This compact dishwasher fit my kitchen cabinet perfectly. It can be on counter top or fitted in, we chose fitted in option. You need to research a little to prepare the pipework, cable plugs, etc. The dishwasher is not as spacious as the standard one (of course) but enough space for an intensive-cooking family of 2 people and a kid/pet to survive the whole day in one wash. The top layer is quite tight so only fit your cutlery, small bow and glasses. If this layer is movable, it would be perfect

    Large and convenient

    Amazing product we have a very narrow galley kitchen and a slimline or normal dishwasher the door was to long to fully open. This is a large item that will take up quite a large space on your counter and out plates are 27 cm with a curved lip and we can only put in 3 along the outside edge of the rack as they catch the top washing arm.

    Great Mid-Sized Dishwasher

    This a great product. It fit nearly in the cupboard next to the sink, is easy to setup and start using AND is extremely quiet you can barely hear it. It's not the smallest but not too big. Can fit larger plates and small pots and normal sized pans too. A great purchase.

    I love this dishwasher!

    I love this dishwasher! It's a perfect size for a single person or small family. It's stylish, easy to install and quiet. With a lot of forward planning I decided to buy this product due to the fact it could sit inside a cupboard. When installing I raised my cupboard up slightly using kitchen board so that the dishwasher would sit higher. I then changed the hinges on my existing kitchen cupboard door to allow room for the dishwasher to open and close, meaning it is now hidden away! I am very happy with the result and I would recommend this product 100% !

    Incredible

    Unbelievable, this is my first dishwasher so I can't make an objective comparison to other options, but it is absolutely incredible. Everything comes out spotless, even when using the 90 minute setting, and with rinse aid everything is bone dry. It does have more intensive settings for the 90 minute option is sufficient for the vast majority of cleaning. It has a relatively large interior and quite a few options inside for utensils, cups etc. It's also not particularly loud, so it works quite well in that regard, in fact the noise is like rain, so it is quite soothing.

    Great design

    This machine is awesome! Fits very neatly into a standard kitchen cabinet. I took the door off the cupboard, adjusted the shelf above that had the oven on it and it looks as though both were fitted there by the designer. This was the only eight place setting “table top” but it copes well with a family of five. We run it twice a day in lockdown without any problems. Admittedly it isn’t big enough for pots and pans after a main meal but it swallows up everything else and everything comes out spotless, despite hard water. We have installed it under the counter and it pumps out the water without any problems but you could put it on a table top very easily as the design is very smart.
