    Almost as good as the uk version

    I have used the uk version of this product and it really helps with my arthritic problems. At the moment, this product is not available in the uk, that's why I bought the US version. I would recommend the US capsaicin, almost as good and a good price.

    Excellent pain killer if a bit expensive

    It's not as good as the European version by a long way for reasons I don't understand yet, but then I use copious amounts of it due to 20yrs of severe leg pain! And as it's been unavailable across Europe for the last 6 months I was incredibly grateful to find another source, all be it not as good. Quite expensive compared to Uk/EU but if you need a strong pain killer it really is worth it!

    This stuff works GREAT!

    This is extra strength cream. Works great for me but make sure to wear some gloves to apply, and don’t touch your eyes or any other sensitive area.

    Arthritis relief

    After 1 week of use my arthritis ipain in my knees and back is gone. You need to apply it several times a day and make sure you thoroughly wash your hands after use.
