If you have received the towbar and have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item then within 60 days of receipt you must inform us (by phone, email, eBay or post) that you wish to return it for a refund (This refund includes the original delivery charge (if any) at our standard or economy delivery rate). You can either return it to us yourself (at your cost) or we can arrange (at your cost) for our courier to collect it from you. You can open the packaging and inspect the items but you do have to take reasonable care of the items. If the item has been fitted or items not returned then we may charge you for these.

If there is a problem with the towbar we would ask that you contact us as even professional fitters can misread instructions. If faulty or incorrectly supplied we will arrange for our courier to collect it from you (at our cost) and for another towbar to be sent or of course we can give you a full refund instead

Witter towbars set the standard for solid safe towing.
The tow bar was delivered ahead of schedule. Fitting instructions were provided on a 1 sheet diagram with a list of parts included. The tow bar is not the easiest thing to fit but that is more down to Landrover design than the tow bar itself, if it’s beyond your capabilities then employ a professional. I am very happy with the product which is significantly more stable and solid than the detachable Landrover towbar. I think this product is a must for anyone towing regularly with a Landrover discovery 3/4 and is the reason you see so many fitted to Landrovers on the road today.The tow bar was delivered ahead of schedule. Fitting New Witter Tow Bar - Disco 3
A good quality tow bar with most of the bits required to do the job Had a big problem with the two bolts in the chassis. had to use an impactor to get them out as they were rusted. when they came out the the sleave in the chassis went out of line. nightmare! I had to buy two new longer bolts. I managed to get the new bolts in eventually.
