Does the job.
Built into an aluminium housing it has a sturdy case and completely does the job of removing the earth hum with no loss of sound quality - I used it between a turntable and amplifier at home - good gadget!

Had to repair after 1 month
The right channel went dead after 1 month. Cost £9, so quality reflects. Looked inside, dry solder and poor assembly. Luckily re-soldered transformer, but not everyone has that luxury. Spend bit more on a bear ringer hd400 and won't regret.
