Shipped same day, arrived 2 days later. Bird food well packaged (double-bagged) and as described. Top quality seed. My only gripe is that the outer sack is made of woven plastic that tends to disintegrate when it's cut open to get at the triple-layer (paper/polythene/paper) inner bag. If you're not very careful you end up with bits of plastic everywhere, adding to environmental pollution. I've tried opening the sack by cutting the string that closes the end, but that's not really practical.

This company is excellent. I asked could I have them send to my Aunt's. They did. And their seeds are great. In paper bags. Only problem is, the outer is plastic. It falls apart and is bad for any animal picking it up. But I highly recommend this company.
